This page deletes your account without needing the app installed. You prove the account is yours by signing a message with the same wallet you sign in with — no password, no support ticket, and no identity documents.

Your STR domain

You will be asked to sign this exact sentence. Check it in your wallet before approving — it names the account being deleted:

Delete my StrTalk account <your domain> and all its data.

If you have no wallet on this device

Open this page in your wallet app’s built-in browser, or from a browser with your wallet extension installed. If you cannot, email privacy@strtalk.sourceless.net from any address, tell us your STR domain, and we will verify ownership and delete the account for you within one month, the deadline data protection law sets for a request like this.

What happens next

Deletion from our live systems is immediate. Backups taken before it are never used to restore individual accounts and age out within 7 days. If any part of the deletion fails we finish it and tell you what happened — see the Privacy Policy.
